Seattle’s Windermere Real Estate appears to be in talks to acquire or merge with Lyon Real Estate, one of the Sacramento region’s largest residential real estate brokerages.
According to a person whose spouse works at Lyon Real Estate, company executives announced on a conference call Tuesday that Lyon would join with Windermere Real Estate. Further details, such as whether the move was a merger or acquisition were not immediately available.
