Singer/songwriter Jimmy Buffett and wife Jane S. Buffett sold their Palm Beach mansion for $6.91 million.
The 4,783-square-foot home at 309 Garden Road was purchased by Warren B. Kanders, who leads companies that manufacture equipment for law enforcement, and wife Allison Kanders. The deal was brokered by Denise A. Hanley, who declined comment.
The price equated to $1,445 per square foot.
The Buffetts purchased the home for $4.95 million in 2011, so they sold it for a gain. It was not their homestead…
