A newly built mansion on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach sold for $20.4 million.

The 6,629-square-foot mansion was sold by 10 W San Marino Dr LLC, managed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty broker Nelson M. Gonzalez, to New York-based Beechgreen LLC. The buyer is a Delaware-registered company, so it’s not clear who owns the LLC. Nelson said the buyer works in the financial industry.
