The sale of an oceanfront estate in Kapalua Resort on Maui closed for $24 million on Thursday, the day after another oceanfront home, in the Kukio Beach and Golf Club on Hawaii Island, sold for $37 million, the highest price for residential real estate in Hawaii so far in 2020.
