Nearly 26% of Louisville homes that sold in September traded above their list price, with the median sale price clocking in about $10,000 above the initial price, according to a new Zillow study.
The number of homes selling above the list price in Louisville was about 52.7% higher than the same period last year with a median sale price of $198,417, the study showed.
