Coronavirus coordination, climate targets and a plan to end a budget blockade by Poland and Hungary are all on EU leaders’ agenda as they gather Thursday for a two-day summit in Brussels.
The leaders will also get a briefing on trade talks with the U.K. from European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. But European Council President Charles Michel says there are no plans for a discussion on the topic.
