IF not Dominion Voting, Anon then It’s likely the company that certified Dominion, SLI Compliance. SLI Compliance’s parent company is GLI, Gaming Laboratories International. Lots of rabbit holes on this one. Adding the USAspending.gov database shot b/c GLI shows as the SLI parent company.
