A lot in Miami Beach where the home of late Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar once stood sold for $10.95 million and is likely to be developed into a new mansion.
Ambassa Holdings, led by Chicken Kitchen owner Christian de Berdouare, sold the 32,226-square-foot waterfront lot at 5860 N. Bay Road to Jarrett Posner. The seller was represented by Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo of the Waterfront Team at One Sotheby’s International Realty, while the buyer worked with Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman.
