Former Miller-Valentine division plans new development near Dayton

A company that formerly operated as a division of one of Dayton’s largest commercial construction firms is looking to acquire and develop a tract of shovel-ready land in West Carrollton.

The proposed project is contingent upon approval of a land purchase agreement with the city of West Carrollton — an ordinance the city said it expects its council to approve.
