A Dayton-area home builder is upping its investments locally, eyeing new developments that could debut within the next two years.
Columbus-based M/I Homes is increasing its Dayton-area housing investments with four additional communities in the works. The group is trying to solidify the details, but Dayton-area President Greg Williams said the communities likely will have 700 total lots and will be spread across Dayton’s east side toward the Beavercreek area.
