California continued to lose large numbers of people to other states in 2019, showing a net loss of about 173,000 residents in the state-to-state migration figures released by the U.S. Census Bureau on Tuesday.
The loss is a slight improvement from the 190,122 net loss of residents California experienced in 2018, according to Census Bureau figures. California gained about 93,000 residents in 2019 and about 98,000 in 2018 when factoring in foreign immigration and movement to and from Puerto Rico…
